Linen is easy to care for, and launders beautifully. See below for simple and straightforward guidelines.
Treatment before first use
If you wish to pre-wash your linen before first use, do so at a low temperature (30C-86F maximum) with a small quantity of mild soap.
Lightly fill the machine to allow the linens room to move about. Set to a warm temperature (40C-104F maximum), use a mild soap and avoid strong detergents with high concentration. Do not bleach.
Use medium temperature and slow tumble setting. Linen dries more quickly than most other materials, so avoid over-drying by using a short cycle setting. Outdoor line drying is a great alternative and keeps your linens feeling natural and fresh.
If you prefer a pressed look, iron on a high setting. Use steam if desired.
You may also choose to leave your linen wrinkled for a perfectly lived-in look.
